Demystifying Reiki - Level 1 Workshop

Uncover the origins and practice of Usui Reiki Ryoho, a traditional Japanese energy healing system rooted in Buddhist principles. Join us for an immersive Level I (Shoden) workshop at Ekoji Buddhist Temple on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Temple doors and our meditation garden will open at 1 PM. 

This workshop, led by experienced sangha member Riki B. Malone, will provide:

• An introduction to the history and philosophy of Reiki.
• Practical instruction in self-treatment and treatment of others.
• Attunement to Reiki Level I energy.
• Certification as a Shoden (Level I) Reiki practitioner.

Learn to harness the healing energy of Reiki in the peaceful environment of Ekoji Buddhist Temple.

Ekoji is located at 6500 Lakehaven Lane, Fairfax Station, Virginia. Temple doors will open at 1pm for those who would like to arrive early and explore the grounds. Our Japanese garden will be available for self guided walking mediation before and after the session.
