Membership FAQ's

Q. I would like to pledge more than $500 a year; which membership option should I choose? 

A. Members donating more than $500 per year qualify as "Full Members" and will be entitled to all the benefits of that tier. You may select either Full Membership and customize your pledge amount or Personal Pledge, whichever is easiest for you.  

Q. When checking out the options for payment are invoice or Paypal.  I give via my online banking there is no option for that choice. What should I do?

A. Select invoice and then pay as you like. Only payments made within the Wild Apricot system will be immediately posted to your account; the rest will be manually updated as time permits. 

Q. Do you now separate the dollars given (if over 500) as membership and the rest as donations.

A. The minimum donation of $500 qualifies you as a full member; our accounting system will attribute all monetary donations to your account. Our treasurer tracks donations (dana) and membership under one category. 

Q. Is there a place that you can choose to auto-renew?

A. Not at this time. 

Q. How to I create a Household or Family Membership account?

A. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in and create your own membership account at the level that suits you best

Step 2: While logged in to your new account; click on Membership in the main menu

Step 3: You should now see a page entitled add member to bundle (FYI: A bundle is a household membership; we can not change that term it is native to Wild Apricot)

Step 4: Enter the additional member details

Step 5: Click save
