  • Walk / Run with your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers spreading compassion as you go!

    $25 per person, the first to register will receive a custom Spreading Only Compassion t-shirt in deep royal blue. T-shirt quantities are limited, so register early!

    Adult sizes only:

    Small: 25 remain
    Medium: 50 remain
    Large: 50 remain
    X-Large: 10 remain

    Please select this option if you would like your shirt(s) shipped as it includes the $10.95 shipping costs. Additional registrations can be made for $25 using the register guest option and will ship together.

Walk Virtually With Us!

1 p.m. to 2 p.m. 

Ekoji’s "Spreading Only Compassion Walk" is a safe and fun way to connect virtually as a Sangha and share our mission to spread only compassion within our respective communities! 

Participants will receive a royal blue custom “SPREAD ONLY COMPASSION”  t-shirt, shown below and available in adult S,M,L,XL. Shipping is available within the US for an additional donation of $10.95 to cover the costs of shipping or you can pick yours up at Ekoji on Wednesday, Oct. 7 or Saturday, Oct. 10, Wednesday, Oct. 14 between 10 a.m. and noon. Please specify your t-shirt size when registering and shipping address if applicable. Sizes and quantities are limited so register and pay early!


Walk on your own OR organize a TEAM with your family or socially distanced friends and neighbors.

Make a fun sign that defines compassion to you. And, don't forget to order your coordinating Spreading Only Compassion face mask:

Set a distance Goal and THEN WALK!

Share a photo on your choice of social media using #spreadingonlycompassion and let us know how far you or the team walked.

A grand prize will be awarded to the person and to the team that walks the most miles! If you are not on social media, please email your milage and photo to ekoji.info@gmail.com 

Next year we hope to be able to walk together as a Sangha!
